Two ways. Both remove everything: your account, codes, folders, designs and analytics, within 30 days.
In the app (fastest)
Open Settings.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Sync stops immediately and the deletion completes within 30 days.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my account". We confirm within two business days and complete within 30 days.
What is deleted
Account details: email, display name, photo URL.
All QR codes, designs, folders and tags.
Dynamic-code redirects. Printed dynamic codes stop working once the account is deleted; duplicate them as static codes first if you still need them.
Scan analytics for your codes.
What is kept
Purchase records are held by Apple, not us. Aggregated, anonymous crash statistics that cannot be tied to you are retained. See the Privacy Policy.
