A static code holds the data itself and can never be changed. A dynamic code holds a short link to our redirector, so you can change the destination later and see scan statistics. See the full explainer under Learn.

Never. There is nothing to expire; the data is in the squares.

Printed dynamic codes keep redirecting to their last destination; we do not switch them off when a plan ends. Changing a destination or making new dynamic codes needs Pro again. You can also duplicate any code as a static one at any time.

Analytics only fill in for dynamic codes after they are scanned through the QR Studio redirector. A brand-new or static code shows nothing until then.

Not if the scannability check passes. It raises error correction to H when you add a logo and warns if the logo covers too much.

Describe the look ("warm, earthy, for a bakery, with our logo"), get a few variants, ask for changes. Every variant is checked for scannability. 150 requests a month on Pro.
