Rules of thumb
- Level H: logo up to about 25% of the module area.
- Level Q: about 20%.
- Level M: about 12%, and the code is now fragile to dirt.
- Level L: do not add a logo.
Do this
Level H, a short link, logo at 22% width in the exact centre with a white margin.
Not this
Level M, a long tracking link, logo at 35% width drifting over the alignment pattern.
Try it in QR Studio
When you add a logo in QR Studio the error-correction level is raised to H automatically and the scannability check warns if the logo is still too large.
