Who each one is for
Flowcode sells codes as the front door to a marketing funnel: each Flowcode can open a FlowHub landing page, scans feed analytics with geo-location on paid plans, and Growth adds CRM integrations and API access. The free plan allows 2 Flowcodes and 500 tracked scans; Pro Plus is $25 a month for 50 codes, 6,000 tracked scans and 3 collaboration seats; Growth starts at $250 a year; Growth Plus and Enterprise are quoted.
It suits a team running campaigns. QR Studio suits a person or small business that wants designed, printable codes with tracking and a price that does not scale with headcount.
Where QR Studio is better
- Price. $29.99 a year against $300 a year for Pro Plus.
- Free tier. Unlimited static codes with no ads. Flowcode’s free plan caps at 2 codes and lists “Ad free” among paid features.
- Lifetime. $69.99 once. No equivalent.
- AI design partner. Not offered.
- Print-ready PDF and SVG from a phone. Flowcode’s pricing and home pages name no export format.
- Offline. QR Studio works without a connection.
- Scan caps. QR Studio Pro has no scan limit; Flowcode counts analytics scans per plan.
Where Flowcode is better
- Landing pages. Built in and hosted.
- Team seats. 3 on Pro Plus, more above.
- Integrations. CRM and API on Growth.
- Geo data. Location per scan on paid plans.
- Enterprise. Onboarding, audience tools, custom terms.
- Free codes keep scanning. The pricing page marks free Flowcodes as “Always scan”, so the two free codes do not switch off.

Switching
Flowcodes are dynamic and resolve through Flowcode. Create the QR Studio replacements, reprint everything, then downgrade. Overlap the plans for a month so old prints still work while they are swapped. Two codes can stay on Flowcode’s free plan indefinitely, which covers anything you cannot reprint straight away.
