Scanova is a web platform with tiers that climb by code count: Basic (3 dynamic codes), Lite (10, adds Google Analytics integration and landing pages), Standard (50, adds advanced analytics, bulk operations in batches of 50 and saved design templates), Pro (500, adds exact GPS location, phone support and a custom domain) and Enterprise (unlimited, API, SSO). The page’s structured data prices them at $5, $9, $35 and $75 a month billed annually. Ultra Lite is a one-time fee for a single dynamic code with lifetime validity. Static codes are free forever; dynamic codes are deactivated when the 14-day trial ends.
It suits a marketing team that wants scan data flowing into Google Analytics. QR Studio suits someone who wants unlimited codes at a flat price and a phone in their hand.
Where QR Studio is better
- Price. Pro is $29.99 a year, about $2.50 a month, for unlimited dynamic codes. Scanova’s $5 a month billed yearly buys 3.
- Lifetime for everything. $69.99 once covers all features. Scanova’s one-time Ultra Lite covers one dynamic code.
- Monthly billing. $4.99. Scanova’s annual prices are the ones it publishes in its page data; the monthly toggle rendered blank for us.
- AI design partner. Not offered.
- Print-ready PDF and SVG from a phone. Scanova’s homepage names PNG for free static codes and “multiple download formats” for paid plans without listing them.
- Offline. QR Studio works without a connection.
- No deactivation cliff. QR Studio’s free tier does not expire.
Where Scanova is better
- Google Analytics. Scans pushed into GA from Lite upward.
- Landing pages. Templates and lead capture built in.
- Bulk. Batches of 50, 100 or 500.
- GPS. Exact scan location on Pro.
- Enterprise. API, SSO, unlimited users, and discounts for non-profits.

Switching
Decode static codes and rebuild them. For dynamic codes, create QR Studio replacements and reprint before the Scanova term ends; Scanova deactivates dynamic codes without a plan, so do not cancel first.
